I can't help it, Charley, I disbelieve the explanation. It looks exactly like a daytime photo to me. And I've seen a lot of time exposure photos taken at night and they never looked like daytime. I mean, the sailboats are lit up and the water is reflecting the sky and there are shadows in the grass - all just the same as when the sun is shining.
