Sunday at the BS Bar & Grill we kind of outdo ourselves. The specials are roast turkey and dressing (side dishes sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce), Greek style roast lamb (side dishes stuffed grape leaves and Greek salad), roast pork Cuban style (side dishes yucca with garlic sauce and fried plantains), and roast beef with Yorkshire pudding (side dishes garden salad and roasted vegetables).
I forgot to mention the desserts. Five kinds of pie - apple, pumpkin, lemon, Key lime, and strawberry-rhubarb. We'll have more in the summer, peach cobbler is a specialty of the house, and raspberry flummery. We also have five kinds of cake - chocolate, German chocolate, coconut, angel food, and Dobosh torte. And bread pudding, banana pudding, and Boston cream pie. |
