I understand it is difficult to invest hard earned money into a stock after it has fallen 70%, but if you cannot bring yourself to but a stock at 70% off when you were buying at or near full price, how can you possibly call yourself a money manager? I seldom hear the talking heads on CNBC recommend technology now, as if we were going back to the abacus, and yet they loved these same companies only months ago.

No matter how many times I see it, I am amazed every time how fear can prevent one from scooping up bargains when the sky(once again) is falling.
