i couldn't help noticing as i scrolled through the upgrades/downgrades list this morning, that more stocks than i have ever noticed before that were being downgraded, were significantly downgraded. we're not talking "strong buy" to "buy." we're talking "outperfrom" to "hold." all the "houses" have their own "speak", so it's sometimes difficult to understand what it is they're saying exactly, but they are all in agreement, "EVERYTHING IN THE STOCK UNIVERSE---STINKS! gee, i wonder what took them so long to figure it out. I am heartened though, that if all the chicken littles are finally in agreement that "the sky is falling", it just may be time to hope that a bottom is near. sk
