Ever milk a cow? It takes practice to pull and squeeze
but what they don't tell you is the whipping you might get with the tail(and anything the tail has on it) or the leg movement that may spill your bucket. Then run it through a seperator, cream and milk. Well there's a difference from store bought milk to straight from Bessie- and what is does
is makes you run and do what a goose does until you get use to it. Now Uncle Roy's family loves cherry tomatoes and sweet cream- and so did I, but it got me running and them laughing. They always had a good time.
It was interesting that my Uncle owned a ranch but couldn't kill his own animals, the neighbor man would come over and do that and the family butchered it. Reminiscing.
