Sorry I can't be of much help. I bet PMS will have some insight, but here is my solution: Message 15266328 EDIT I was trying out video editing software this weekend, and when I found the one I wanted, I restored an image rather than uninstalling the demos. I then installed the software I bought. I did not want to remove the demo versions, I wanted to restore my computer back to the way it was before the demos were installed. Uninstalling doesn't work that well, as you have noticed.
