I went for an eye appointment last year. 1pm. Got the drops put in and was sent to a waiting room. At 3 the doctor had not even come in to the building. 16 of us in that room and all with 1 o'clock appointments for the absent doctor.

I asked for the drops that would return my vision to normal and they wouldn't give them to me. I left anyway and drove home by sound.
