Will real estate be the next crash? FWIW, I think you can count on it. We had a discussion on this for a bit over on Jack Hartman's thread and I think for "the bubble" truly to be burst, you must also be rid of all the tangential excesses that were engendered by inflation of the NAZ bubble...easy credit, outrageous real estate appreciation, atrocious spending/saving habits, etc. -dave
