Sad but true about some people being too busy to enjoy a yard. My Son is a "Yuppie". I didn't raise him like that and his wife is still a down-home country girl. She hasn't let her actuary career at State Farm change her at all. I don't know where he got that "Keeping up with the Joneses" stuff. Maybe it's the people he works with?
