Hi Tom; Thanks for the link......very interesting. I am in for the long haul, so the short term reactions don't make much difference, but it's good to hear some reason for optimism amid all the heavy gloom. Dent's comments included the demographics of the boomer generation.....I know that has been the mantra for the last years..that the boomers need for a retirement nestegg would drive the market until about 2010.....my question...does anyone think the market events of the last year will change that? i.e., will they opt for more conservative investments and perhaps compensate for that by working a couple years longer?
