I hadn't heard of Balkan Cabaret. I put it in Google and read some reviews. "Its savage gallows humor makes American film noir seem like a Laura Ashley ad." and "Cabaret Balkan makes absurdism and politics part of the same coin." Sounds like a must see. :)
