Well len, as many suggested I tried a garden burger tonight. I had bbq'd some nice plump chicken breasts for the family. I was going to bbq the garden burger but it said for best result to microwave. I did brown a fresh sourdough bun to give it the same chance as the chicken. I microwaved it exactly as suggested and it was still a little frozen so I zapped it some more. As I place it on the crisp warm bun, I couldn't help but be overwhelmed with the foul odor. Nevertheless, I nibbled and took a first bite. It was horrible. It was worse than horrible. I havent tasted something so bad since I was 4 years old and used to eat pieces of Purina dog chow to gross out my brothers and sisters. It actually did taste very similar to that same dog food.

Garden Burger - never again.

I ended up with a salad (pre-cleaned European style lettuce) with a zesty Italian, some balsamic vinegar, grated mozzerella, rye melba toast, salt, pepper, and topped with a little bit of creamy peppercorn dressing.

T - (still meatless, however I did eat some rice soup Sunday that was made with a chicken broth )
