For the next 40 days I want to be a vegetarian.

This is no small task

I am king of the cheeseburgers: Big Macs Whoppers Wendy's White Castles

My motivation is spiritual (lent)
orthodoxinfo.com

and physical (heart disease?)
trufax.org

I will need help.

If you are a vegetarian, please pass along any good strategy or helpful hints.

Foods I will never eat
ketchup
mustard
mushrooms
strawberries

Thanks in advance for any help.

Maybe this will be a turning point in my dietary life!
