Hehehe, someone could have a rich diet in your frig. But I guess if one has never been robbed, then the guard is strong. At least in his eyes. I'll mention it to him next time I see him and see what his says. I'm sure it's only a drop in the bucket in his eyes, so really no big deal. Today ATM's rule, no need for the bottle, unless your thristy :).

Thanks for your input on trade patterns. That's very interesting, never thought of looking at sleep patterns or the days of the week, hmmm, I'll have to check on them tonight and see if I can pick something out. A few things that I can recall is swapping my thoughts between the nd's and spoos is not highly recommended. Now I'm back to trading only the spoos as originally planned.

but I handle it by just adapting to it. Today I'm going to take a couple of early trades, and if the day is not smooth I'll find something else to do.

Yes, I need to gain more experience in this aspect of NOT trading. I need to relax, it's draining on one's system if they are consistently in a trade. Reflecting on a few weeks back, I was doing 20 round trips in a session...a bit much. Now I have it closer to 1/2 dozen or less.

Coming up to the 70 level again, uptrend looks broken already, let's see if it rolls.
