Jon, Thanks for the reply. I agree that @HOME is nothing more than the best connection service out there. The lock on content and commerce is not where they will tread. It does seem to be the target for MSFT. Gates made a fortune by controlling the flow of information in computers without building a single computer chip and now I think that he wants to make a bigger fortune by controlling the flow of information (content/commerce) on the WWW without laying a single copper wire. I'm sorry that this is off-topic but please follow this post: exchange2000.com IMHO it is one thing to have John Malone, et al., maintain a controlling interest in @HOME; it is another thing to have Bill Gates. Either way, it is a sign that high-speed access is the future and there will be plenty of near-term action as cable cos. are thrown into the spot-light. I can't think of a better time for the @HOME IPO than in the next couple of weeks. John
