I would describe my current mental state as "gleefully anticipative", "playfully nasty" and "thankfully grateful". 2001 can be a very good year.

Further, over the course of my recent vacation, I managed to convince my mom to stop speculating, and now see a chance to sell her positions, at aggregate cost level, which would be great. She just turned 70, does not need to make extra money and should not try.

It is never too late to repent.
