And do a search on "fine for speeding"

It reminds me of the old days before the internet. "I don't know the guy, but my uncle knows the cousin of this guy and it really happened to him.....(fill in wild story: changing flat tire on Bronx freeway, car is meanwhile stripped, etc. etc.)
