Sure hate to see things like this happen. I do not think it is good for the heart nor the spirit for everyone to get like this.

In my 40s, my life was so much more fun and less weary.

Hope all is well and I also know that it will be a year since your dad passed away. Losing a loved one also, I know what you are going thru with the loss.
