Unforunately, I think many things are still part of an enduring permanent record on this site.

Anything that has been deleted could show up in the Google Search Engine as they cache webpages.

I suspect that Tim finds posting a bit cathartic. He probably also feels the overwhelming need to defend himself on the same forums that the incidents took place. He is unable to defend himself on Investorshub because they have banned him while allowing Jenna to continue her ridiculous "Observations". Jenna decided Josef must be Lisa when he did a parody of one of her observations. Lisa freely admits that she doesn't have that kind of wit.

This inability to defend himself on Investorshub is likely to create more frustration and lead to more emotional harm.

Tim probably needs to try to make himself whole again.

However, I think his lawyer would tell him that he should not answer certain types of questions and to just let the process play itself out in a court of law.

I would hope people understand that and respect it.
