I suspect that Tim finds posting a bit cathartic. He probably also feels the overwhelming need to defend himself on the same forums that the incidents took place.

Understandable, under the circumstances, it's the only place to do. As you would defend yourself if a damaging article were written, you would take to that same medium and counter the critic.

This inability to defend himself on Investorshub is likely to create more frustration and lead to more emotional harm.

It would seem so.

However, I think his lawyer would tell him that he should not answer certain types of questions and to just let the process play itself out in a court of law.

I would hope people understand that and respect it.


LOL, yes, they do tend to get a bit un-nerved when faced with a client who might have a strong need to vocalize their opinions in a public forum. I've found out this first hand.

It's hard to sit back and watch your life being peeled back and examined and not voice some opposition.

Hopefully, this situation will be resolved between all the parties concerned without having to go as far as the court room and they can get back to living life as it was intended......
