I suppose that's why I'm still mulling over the "harm" issue. Are we talking actual damages or "emotional pain and suffering"

The confusion for me lies in the fact that apparently she has 'fleeced' investors according to Tim Luke based upon private communications he has received. Yet I don't see where he falls into that category. According to what I read, the "damage" is within the context of slander.

Perhaps this can only be answered by the principals involved.
