Lorne,
You have a good point there. I was really repulsed by the Peruvians
when the Army stormed the Japanese Embassy & murdered several
unarmed rebels who were trying to surrender, including at least 1
teenage girl. They are all pretty bad, but I think Peru is 1 of the worst.
Chile seems to be at least trying to improve the lot of their workers.
I feel that the CEOs of jr au companies have much in common with
3rd world dictators. Many of them are sociopaths.
