The purpose of this thread is to alert investors to companies that in the posters' opinion have done something down and dirty to its shareholders, e.g. unilaterally lowering option prices at a time when the stock has gone down, given plum private placements out, and other things that shaft the current shareholders. We want everyone to know who is doing this in the hope that the light shined on these lousy companies will prevent others from investing in them and hopefully prevent similar outrages happening in the future.

I would suggest that the post start with the name of the offending comopany in CAPITAL LETTERS with stock symbol added, followed by a news release, if available, and a short paragraph that describes the offense. After the initial post, the conversation could be continued on the particular thread involved so that we can all use this thread as a sort of index to bad companies and bad management.
