Sean: Thats good. I think we are in for a period of not much change. In my opinion its going to take a couple of quarters before we see real growth, buut believe me MCLD is going to be one of the survivors and when there are 10-12 less clecs out there it wil lbe better for all the remainiing ones. By the way get ready for a layoff announcement, perhaps even this week. It should be about 8-10%. I am not sure if that will help or hurt the stock price. they have spent some time lately looking at where they can cut . It sounds like there will be a few mid- upper mid level people let go too. By the way ,, I still have all my shares and have added at these levels, but not too much becuase I have so damned much now :-) CRDoug Good luck
