Once the Nasdaq broke the 2250 trendline to the upside a huge psychological barrier was pierced... Investors are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel in the next 6 months... With prices depressed 50% or more and interest rates dropping, cash isn't looking so good anymore... The badly beaten down tech sector is leading the way back up... In the months to come we could see a buying panic as investors and institutions finally become aware that they are missing out on one of the best buying opportunities in years... For those still worried about the Big Bad Bear, a dollar cost average approach will get them back into the market over time... For the more aggressive investors, now is the time to get fully invested...
