I find it interesting that whenever my statements on these issues are most incisive and factual, groups of SI aliases pop up as if they were working together, always in pairs or more, to attack my standing and my integrity. It never fails. Never mind, time is running short for these people.

Now my friend, actually, you are really unmasking you affiliations in quite a hurry. You went from reasonable inquiry to unwarranted attack and vitriol in a matter of less than a triad of posts. Not very subtle at all.

The "you pulled the trigger" argument is the exact one sites and brokers use. Why do you use it? That is quite curious. Your language might as well have been listed from one of these sites' disclaimers, which counsel already has informed me will be made a laughingstock in court, and are utterly unenforceable.

I take full responsibility for my actions. I am also not too proud to admit that i was the victim of grand fraud, and I am holding those who perpetrated it fully accountable. Now it is obvious you would like the core issue here to be clouded or ignored, but the fact is this:

Payments by brokerages to unlicensed chat sites, whether disclosed or, worse, undisclosed, are illegal.

A responsible trader believes that sites and especially respectable members of our nation's stock exchanges follow the law. It is simple. A trader who is unaware of interests actively engaged in fraud, directing activities against their own interest in flagrant violation of the law, is at a tremendous disadvantage. That is why it is illegal, these kickbacks. If you walk into a casino that has a rigged roulette wheel, are you abrogating your own personal responsibility when you place a bet under these undisclosed and abusive circumstances? Funny how enforcement of these laws in casinos is more effective than in the stock markets.

Now as to your final statement:

The plot thickens..who oh who is this boy's master.

I DEMAND that you explain this statement IMMEDIATELY. It implies that I am being directed by someone else. I warn you, that, unless you do as I DEMAND you do to explain this gratuitously malicious and damaging innuendo, I will have you served with papers for libel within the next four weeks. This is not a game. Behave yourself as a decent, honorable citizen or you shall suffer the consequences.</>
