Oh my goodness. Ms. Simon, you do understand that intellectual property theft is a crime? I do not recall at any time authorizing the retransmission of reserved materials from my company over your website or that of Pristine. I will have both you and Pristine served with papers shortly for damages accruing from intellectual property infringement.

Now, I just got off the telephone with Tim Luke. As we promised to keep you informed of certain developments, he asked me to apprise you all of the following:

1. Ms. Barbara Simon, a.k.a. "Jenna" is to be served with legal documents tomorrow;

2. Pristine Capital Management is to be served with legal documents tomorrow;

3. Silicon Investor will be issued subpoenas for records related to these legal actions in the very near future.

Let the process commence.
