Simon has broken so many libel and securities statutes both here at SI and elsewhere that my list is soon in need of tallying with exponential digits.

As an aside, while I have tried to keep my posts fairly straightforward and formal, as if I make any post whatsoever which in any tortured sense may be construed as a personal attack SI Admin will have an excuse to attempt to squelch my statements of fact here, I have to say that Anthony's posts today were some of the funniest I have ever read here. [Disclaimer: any admission by the author of moments of drollery related to the discomfiture of the guilty parties is actually a techno-fundamental philosophical aside admiring the vagaries of the English language.] I also see that post was deleted.

Now Anthony and I once had a huge blow-up over a stock a few years back, but I will say this, in agreement with Sam: you sir, have a way with words. Lithium drip.. TEARS. I will never forget that post.

By the way, West, a class action lawsuit on behalf of all traders who either traded at sites with undisclosed kickback agreements or used any of the brokers who made them, is coming soon. Unless you opt out, you may be eligible to be a member of the class. We will keep everyone posted of our progress over on the iHub thread.

Regards,

Olivier
