SUNNYVALE, Calif., June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Simplex Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLX - news) a provider of software and services for the design and verification of integrated circuits, announced today that it will hold a webcast for interested members of the investment community on Tuesday, July 24, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, to discuss the company's third quarter results and business outlook.
