It might be my luck but everytime I access Waterhouse, it seems to work fine for me and ultra fast. No more 'W' on the status area for my order. Always see an 'O'pen status by the time I get to click on List orders.... The only slow feature is when I want to change the price of an order, I get sent to the 'W'aiting list ..!!.. All in all, I think the system is faster because of very light volume. I still don't know what would happen to Waterhouse if they would get the volume they received early last year!
