Jim, the trickle down is hitting my friends that have plumbing & electrical businesses, with many homes big being scaled down. You know, corian instead of granite, that type of thing. As for commercial builders, one guy I know, whose business was started in 1926, will shut the doors at the end of this month. Now that is nasty.. The custom home builders I know are still doing ok, but instead of a 10 month backlog, they are now at 3 months. I guess we need to look at the yearly lows on the indexes, and figure we may even surpass them, unless something gives, but I see a very significant lack of buyers, of anything.... BTW, I went short MOT & TWTR yesterday....
