And, to an outsider's eye, it appears the range of applications for cryopumps continues to grow. I was just reading about EUV lithography, and the article noted that the process had very demanding vacuum requirements. Always nice when your company's expertise is critical to your partners' missions. (Maybe this example is more a case of greater performance demands for an existing application, but it still means their product will be a higher value component for the system).
