Yes... That's another plus. If this doesn't do well or is not a hit they will always be able to fall back on that. I see this as a way of accomplishing two things:

1) Reducing cyclical nature of their sales #s.
2) By having their monitoring system across a whole range of tools (and not just the ones that are their own), fabs or plants with competing products may be more enticed to convert to HELX products to reduce they number of companies they have to deal with.
