OUR President has worked judiciously to protect health insurance carriers from being sued by patients. One must wonder why he is so opposed to patients having any rights against these companies when the CEO's are making millions in personal income. Could the rejection of one of my recent filing for benefits be a harbinger of a most creative way to refuse benefits for ALL insured clients. If this issue wasn't so serious, I would laugh at why my claim was rejected. Let me quote directly from the form that they sent me in telling me why my claim was rejected..."This is not covered since it was submitted only because health coverage exists..".

And to think, I pay this insurance company twice a month so that this coverage WOULD exist. Dumb me!
