"WE BELIEVE THE FAIR VALUE OF THE S & P 500 AT THE END OF 2002 SHOULD BE 50% AVOBE THE INDEX'S LEVEL TODAY." Not necessarily my opinion. UBS/Paine Webber's. And they took out ads in all of the major newspapers and magazines to let everyone know (that they want their business). Anyone have another opinion on this ad campaign? Sergio
