JIM: It seems the market is not having a very positive response to uncle Al's latest cut. Do you think people were expecting more than a 1/4 % cut ? Of course as the Fed's Rate gets lower, are the 1/4 cuts larger or smaller % wise ? <g> RAGL Bernard
