The Euro central bank will probably spook investors later this month, but for now, the threat of a weaker US economy is weakening the US dollar. The result is foreigners pulling out of US investments. It's a double whammy. As foreigners pull out, they sell dollars. Lower dollar deflates the value of US stocks. Sergio
