Hi Wills, Thanks to Patrick Macnamara on the CREE thread: nikkeibp.asiabiztech.com The reasons for the high cost are the special integrated circuit required to drive organic EL panels and the immaturity of the process technology, starting with the encapsulation techniques for assembling OEL devices into panels. Maybe CPCL will get some of this?? Re: IBM Pixie Dust You guys ever watch JC Dvorak on Silicon Spin (on ZDTV and Tech TV)? Usually pretty interesting. After watching my big disk drive play go belly up I'm not chomping at the bit to buy another. Interesting comment about MSFT hyping XP though... JF
