And the fries, which are soaked in a sugar concentrate, which leads into that diabetic thing....I see a theme forming here...
Interestingly, it only seems to affect cows... Not bulls, lambs, poultry, pork... What is it about cows that makes them vulnerable? It does affect all ruminant animals. The reason it shows up in cows is because they are kept alive for a longer time peroid than a beef feeder. This disease has a long incubation period. So far anyway. Just ask the Red Cross, they will tell you how it is.
Mad cow came from feeding other animal remains (like ground up sheep brains) to ruminant animals, like cattle. It is derived from the sheep disease scrapie, and don't think for a minute the other mammals are immune, they aren't, it is just a matter of time, and it will not be pretty. So, it was started by greedy idiots mixing the junk of the slaughter process with grains for cattle feed to make fatter profits. Bone meal is one thing, ground up brains & spines from sick & down animals is another. This is the world in which we now live, all for profit, screw everyone and anything that gets in the way.
The pork industry has it's own set of problems. Do you know how much antibiotic residue is in pork?? You don't want to know, I can tell you that for sure.
I used to raise animals, and I am glad I am not a party to that horrid business anymore. |
