Looks like our European "brothers" may be getting cold feet, already...Their resolution has the life of a gnat. I guess they somehow think they are immune. I think the Russians are going to step up with US on this one. Europeans get edgy over war mania European leaders have sought to quell any moves toward warmongering after the terrorist attacks. George Bush has repeatedly used the word war in describing the situation created by the attacks.
