there may be a simple way to do all of this simply stop buying any oil from the middle east. no more money. let the states of the middle east clean up what is an internal problem for them, instead of making us do it. let the financial pressure of ZERO income do what it will. let the conflicts then become internal problems in each state until they turn over all terrorists networks and make powerful commitments to remaining vigilant against any terrorism in the future. we only buy 21% of our oil from there. every American can reduce consumption by 20% just by not driving one day a week to work... just carpool.
