That was a good move, although, as it turned out, shorting almost anything would've worked. Your point about HELX tracking AMAT is illustrated here:

Now the question is, where's the bottom? My headlines this morning read: "Economists Warn Recession Likely"

I guess the economists are taking a page out of the stock analysts' book <g>.
