I like your idea of Bombing them with butter instead of bombs. it does make sense.

However thers is also a chance that it may not work, simply because the people of Afghanistan are easily maniuplated in the name of Islam. As unbelievers U.S butter will be viewed as Saton tricks to take them to the wrong side!! To understand these people you really need to understand their religion. Please refer to the following post:

But I totally agree, bombing them with butter makes a lot more sense than bombs. At least I think it will be more effective than any other means.
