A few years ago, and I can't supply a reference about it, a woman bought a business class seat for her pet pig. Miraculously, the airline allowed the animal to ride beside her. On landing, panic engulfed the pig and it began running around the business class cabin and emptied its bowels and bladder during its journey. The airline adopted the policy of denying pigs accommodation in the passenger compartment.
