I understand your misgivings, but I rather like the company. Came across it @ $1.75. It struck me fundamentally as a turn around management story with steadily growing but not spectacular earnings, IR rights to an important data base, and some degree of dominance in a broadening market. Then the terrorist attacks. Now I wonder about the 'steadily growing but not spectacular' part. Charts are fine, but they don't disclose the strength of management or future prospects until evident to all.
