You had to remind me of INKP! Actually, it wasn't a FDA failure, but rather a binding agent they used in their pills. It was leaving a white residue in the colon, causing some problems with the fact it is designed to clear the colon for clear pictures with the colonoscopies. IMO it can be solved and they are going back to the drawing board on the amount of the binding agent to use and still get the stability in the pills. Also, they are addressing the doses amounts and they should release data this month on the lower number of pills needed to do the job. Certainly has caused a swoon in the share prices, but it allowed me the opportunity to load up at .80 cents and make a nice profit by unloading at $1.50 to $1.65. Now a have a free play with the balance of my long term shares. Thankfully, IMNX is performing like a Trojan in this market. And LGND had a strong day with huge volume. As for DSCO, I gave it the kiss of death by mentioning it to you...but long-term IMO this is a sleeper. Congrats on VISG today....wish I had been aboard.
