Chis - I have a better understanding now. A full menu. I do want an eat inn restaurant in the portfolio as a pick. I'm going to compare it to the one I was looking at RI -Ruby Tuesdays. Maybe we can get some discussion on this thread as to what would be a better pick between the two and why. Or a better pick and why. Tuck gave some good picks, I've included. Things, like the REIT that pay a good yield, and will balance some of the aggressive picks in the portfolio. As to the total size of the portfolio, about $ 100,000 in money invested is what I was thinking. Richardred
