I would have been upset if they did not cut the divvy given the market.

I agree that the consensus forecast is probably not very meaningful given the low coverage nonetheless I also think you need to back out the restructuring charge for a fair comparison giving you (.15) vs (.13) expected. still a miss, but not as far off.
