***THE TRUTH ABOUT THE DOD RESULTS***

Following is a transcript of part of the Q CC today where VISG CEO suggests the terrible DOD test results don't apply to Viisage - because According to VISG CEO - Lau not Viisage was involved in the test. Truth is, the Viisage software is OPERATIONALLY IDENTICAL to the Lau software and it always has been according to the Lau Technology General Manager.. A transcript of the conversation with the Lau GM's follows the CC transcript... Enjoy =)

FROM THE QUARTERLY CC:

SharTang: There are some concerns about ahh the results of your study that shows that you have a 99.7% accuracy rate ahh compared to the Department of Defense studies which show that the failure rate is considerably higher ahhm can you explain the difference between those two tests or perhaps you could explain specifically how the 99% accuracy rate was achieved?

Tom: Ah surely, there has been a lot of confusion I've heard a lot quoted about the DOD study the so called FRV200, ah the first thing (chuckle) and no one has got this right but it's very very important and I'm glad there's a lot of people on the line today first thing is, Viisage did not participate in that test ahm it was a test with three other vendors and we didn't participate...

SharTang: Didn't Lau particpate

Tom: Ah Lau did...

SharTang: And is there any difference between the Lau software and your software?

Tom: Ah yes there is...

SharTang: What specifically is the difference?

[Notice Tom begins to dance]

Tom: Ah well they've done ah they don't have the application experience that we have and certainly if we had done it we would have approached it in a different way... Ah so we weren't in the test Lau was and we would have approached it differently...

[Sorry Tom, the software vendor has no choice in how the DOD conducts the test. You would have had no input on how the DOD tests were conducted. Your answer was nothing but BS to cover for your lie]

SharTang: Is the software different - the Lau software?

Tom: The engine is the same but the experience and the application ... [Tom then rambles for several minutes in what appears to be an avoidance tactic to evade the question]

Now here's a transcript of a call to a technology General Manager at Lau...

Pluvia: What company are you with:

Lau GM: This is Lau Technologies, Lau-Viisage actually... Lau is the principal holder of Viisage...

Pluvia: All right so am I talking to Lau or Viisage now?

Lau GM: ahh Lau but Viisage as well

Pluvia: ok Do you both sell software?

Lau GM: ah yes but its the same software

Pluvia: ok there's no difference in the software?

Lau GM: no

Pluvia: so if I were using Lau software it would be the same thing as if I were using Viisage software.

Lau GM: Absolutely.

Pluvia: Has it always been that way?

Lau GM: Yes. The software developers kit that these products are based on comes out of Lau

Pluvia: I don't understand what that means - is there any difference in the two products?

Lau GM: No

Pluvia: so there's no advantage of using one over the other

Lau GM: ah no basically its a matter of the markets... normally Lau handles the federal markets and Viisage handles the commercial markets

Pluvia: But it's essentially the identical software?

Lau GM: Yes

Pluvia: Ok it says the Ferret test involved Lau, Visonics and a couple others... Does that mean that they did not test Viisage software?

Lau GM: Well I mean Lau and Viisage software are the same - literally. If you've tested one you've tested the other.

[gee that's not what CEO Tom said? was Tom lying again?]

Pluvia: All right so if they say Lau was in the test and I buy the Vissage software, then I'm buying the same thing?

Lau GM: Yes

Pluvia: Do you know if Viisage was involved in that test?

Lau GM: I believe Viisage personnel were involved in it because as I say it's literally the same software even though Viisage is public Lau is the majority owner of Viisage and they spun it out a few years ago... In fact I can go thru a door here and I'm in Viisage...

Looks Like Liar Tom gets nailed again eh?

Here's the CC replay if you want to listen to Tom dance and lie... I can't wait till the class action lawyers and the SEC get this... (877) 519-4471 PIN # 2882551
