Aw Gee, Rick, I wish you hadn't said all that...
Anytime anyone says LSI, I immediately flash back to my first goofed up goof. I was standing there at the terminal in the SJ C. Schwab office sheepishly (no offense Maurice) poking in the LSI symbol, when along comes this Indian guy who announces to the roomful of certainly more knowledgeable investors than I, "LSI - WHAT A DOG! WHO'D EVER BUY INTO A DUNG HEAP LIKE THAT!" Obviously this hurt, having just recently sunk a California' fixer-upper's worth or so into this very dung heap, and averaging it down from a pre-split price of about $7.00 to about $6.00, and having it now/then trading at about $5.25 on a good day, which that one wasn't and wishing for the return of my then/now lost 20% but now/then wishing I were wallpaper instead. I made 100% or so, eventually, but the emotional scar remains. Yeah that's right added financial injury to insult! Got off that rail in the teens...Left the other $100. or so upside for the next poor jerk, thats the really goofy part! Hence my previous question...How does one get off a rocket in the upper quadrant ?
AAPL huh ? You never worked at National did you ? Good Luck. AAPL maybe two years from now.
